Individual Therapy

Embarking on a one-on-one therapeutic journey can be profoundly transformative. I work with children, adolescents and adults. I aim to deeply understand your values, life interpretations, and the path that has led you to the present moment. My approach is grounded in DBT, CBT, Narrative, and Experiential therapies. With a rich background in trauma-informed care, I am well-equipped to navigate the imprints left by trauma and work toward healing and personal growth.

Family

Family Therapy

$140 Per Session

I have worked with the highest-profile families as well as community parenting classes for non-profit. With extensive experience in family therapy, I bring a deep understanding of the complex dynamics that influence family relationships.  I am adept at facilitating open communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering emotional intelligence within families. My approach ensures that all members feel supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Psychedelics

I focus on helping clients either prepare for an upcoming retreat or integrate a prior experience. Pioneering research on psychedelics like psilocybin and ayahuasca demonstrate promising results for mental health treatment. Studies indicate that these substances can significantly reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD, especially where traditional therapies have failed. Although the ceremonies intrinsically feel life changing and deeply profound, integration is truly where the sustainable work is done. I would love to serve as a coach during this delicate process.

Psychedelics Therapy

$85 Per Session

*** Due to the pioneering research being done in this field, it falls outside of my scope of practice as far as being a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (hopefully this will change in the future as more research emerges). In the meantime I can only offer coaching services for psychedelics. These services do not fall under my AMFT registration number or my LMFT supervision. They are just an additional service I offer, as a life coach.
